Why per-agent and not per-user?
Agents are people on your team handling tickets. Customers, requesters, and end-users (the people you support) are always free. You only pay for the staff who actually touch the inbox.
What's an agent vs. a customer?
An agent is anyone with sign-in access who works tickets, replies to customers, edits the knowledge base, or admins the workspace. A customer (or requester) is anyone whose ticket you're resolving. There's no charge per customer, regardless of volume.
Can I switch between monthly and annual later?
Yes. From the billing portal, swap to annual at any time, and we credit the unused monthly portion automatically. Switching back from annual prorates the remainder to the next renewal.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?
If you're 50+ agents or need an MSA, SSO with a non-standard IdP, or a regional data residency commitment, reach out. We'll put together pricing that matches the engagement.
Can I start hosted and self-host later?
Yes. Every export is portable. The hosted offering and the BSL Community edition share the same data model, so you can move your workspace either direction with one CLI command.
