Nosdesk uses the third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) listed below to deliver its services. This page is the authoritative list referenced by the Nosdesk Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Customers receive at least 30 days advance notice of any addition or material change to this list, sent from dpo@nosdesk.com to the billing contact on record. Planned for the launch path
Sub-processors Nosdesk intends to add as the product line ships the corresponding features. Each will be promoted to the “Currently active” table on its activation date, with the standard 30-day customer notification.

Objection process
Customers may object to a new sub-processor per the right of objection in the Nosdesk DPA. Direct objections in writing to dpo@nosdesk.com within the 30-day notice window. Nosdesk will respond within 5 business days. If a reasonable objection cannot be resolved, customers may terminate the affected service consistent with the Master Services Agreement.
