Public ticket submission and a read-only documentation portal.
Customers and the wider public can submit tickets, track status from a token link, and browse public documentation, all without an account. Each surface has a feature toggle if you want to turn it off.
Guest ticket submission
ShippingPublic form at /submit-ticket with optional email-verification step and per-instance attachment toggle. Custom intro message configurable.
Guest ticket status tracking
ShippingToken-based access at /ticket-status/{token}. No login, time-limited.
Public documentation portal
Shipping/docs and /docs/:slug for unauthenticated users; only is_public = true pages are visible.
Public help portal
Shipping/help route with FAQ + canned articles.
Per-feature toggles
ShippingAdmin can disable any guest surface; users see a friendly notice rather than a 404.
